What a twat. We lost to WBA and then he says that Arsenal will "show everybody" by winning the Champions League. Is he living in the clouds? His reasoning is straightforward: Liverpool were shite last year, ended up 25 points off the lead, but won the CL. So, by his astute reasonining, if Arsenal are 25 points off the lead (by Xmas for sure) then the CL is as good as ours. Teams will be dropping out of the competition because they will know that our team of 14-year-olds will crush them.
Arrrrrrrrrrrgghh. What a bloody idiot. I'm ready for him to leave and manage France. Or a French bistro. Jon, your cheque is in the mail.
