D-Rat and I had a long, involved, and somewhat dorky conversation about the sampling bias already. e.g. did you consider that girls that go to a sports bar are more likely in general to know the rules to various sports than women in general? We didn't want to out ourselves as more dorky than we already are...
I would, of course, conduct my own poll in the name of Better Science, except unfortunately a sample of women here would also be biased because football is (as you know) very popular among girls.
