I have both - apparently they cancel each other out since I am now 7th to last (ie 8th from top).
I take it back - I'm back in 6th to last again.

It was nice while it lasted, though, dreaming of better things etc.
If I had any tranfers left I would have the whole Spurs team....
Too late to ruin the whole team -- I already fucked up their defence by getting in Ledley King and Paul Stalteri. Number of clean sheets since having them both in my team = 0.
p.s. Maybe it's time for a new poll. What about "Where will Arsenal finish this season?", with the options "Champions league qualifier", "Mid-table obscurity" and "Relegation dogfight". I think all of the members of the blog will be able to give a clear-sighted and unbiased opinion about this.
